take a look at our past trips:
Arrival Day - Welcome to Camp TGG
Check-in starts at 2pm. Get settled in your cabin, reunite with your travel sisters & get ready for a nostalgic backyard cookout to kick the weekend off!
Field Day & Outdoor Movie
Fridays are for field days! After breakfast & morning free time, we’ll split into teams and compete in several nostalgic field day games like tug-o-war, sack races, water balloon toss & more! We’ll wind down with a bonfire, an outdoor movie and snacks - of course!
River Tubing & Carnival Day
Let your inner child run wild at Camp TGG’s festival themed event! Get pumped for nostalgic fair games, photo booths, food trucks, interactive craft stations AND a musical performance by one of my favorite bands from Nashville, TN!
Say Goodbye To The TGG!
One last breakfast all together before we say our goodbyes! Check out is at 11am.
“Semi off-grid” experience, but that’s cool because it’s giving total camp vibes
Electricity
The cabins do not have electricity, but there are lanterns and battery operated light fixtures in all cabins. You may charge your phone in the main barn at one of the many available outlets, but I also encourage bringing a portable charger. The cabins have screened windows that let the cool mountain air come in, so don’t worry about it getting too stuffy in the cabin! Don’t let the “no electricity” thing fool you - these cabins are nice!
Bathrooms
There is a communal bathhouse with toilets, showers and dressing rooms that all campers will share. There are even outdoor showers - my fave! Lanterns are provided in each cabin for you to use to walk to the restroom after dark. The bathhouse is super clean and nice, but I do recommend bringing shower shoes!
Limited Wi-Fi
Wifi is available in the main barn for campers to use at any time, however it does not reach to the cabins. I encourage you to use this weekend as a time to disconnect from the phone and connect with your TGG sisterhood.

Meet your trip leader, Ashley Jones
I’m Ashley – a travel entrepreneur who brings women all around the world to discover new, once in a lifetime experiences while making lifelong friendships. Everyone says that, but on my trips girls go from traveling together to being in each other’s weddings!
Our motto is “You CAN travel with us,” and I’m on a mission to help YOU come home a new person with new travel friends and a new passport stamp!
Back in 2018, I was an ICU nurse who discovered her passion for travel, but I didn’t want to go alone and I could never find friends that would commit. I decided to hang up my stethoscope and start a business hosting group trips for women that wanted to “go global” and check their bucket lists – TOGETHER! So far, I’ve taken over 200 women on trips through 9 different countries from Jordan to Egypt to Greece and I’m just getting started!
